New Restaurant Opening - Winchester Va

A new restaurant called Village Bistro & Market will be opening on the downtown mall in Winchester Va in the next month or so. The new restaurant will be in the same location that the Old Town Cafe was located. For those of you unfamiliar with this location, it is diagonal to the Daily Grind on the downtown mall.
